I must admit I never had a huge issue with this game from the beginning as i played only High (without Ray Tracing) with mostly 60 fps, except when I was in Hogwarts Dark Arts Tower or in Hogsmeade which would drop constantly into the mid 40's-low 30's. 16Gb of RAM ((formerly) and a Nvidia 3070). *The minimum requirement are not that high, a few years old system should be able to run it just fine with setting on medium-low.So I just upgraded my computer (Ryzen 5 5600X, 1TB NVME M2. *Keep in mind that this can change in the future but you will get a rough idea. A hardware (physical graphic card) and software (Graphic card driver) are two different things that are used together to accelerate graphical processes.
